Charter quotes are won in minutes. Owner approvals shouldn't take days.

TailYield is the owner's approval layer. CC one address on the quote you already send. The owner sees their math instantly and answers fast and final. No contract, no integration, no change to how you quote.

When an approval takes a day, everyone loses.

You lose the trip and the margin. The owner loses the offset revenue. The broker learns to call someone else first. Speed wins charter, and TailYield gets the owner's answer to broker speed.

  1. 1

    CC one address

Add the aircraft's TailYield address to the quote email you already send. Complete quote, PDF, supporting info, exactly what you send today. Only mail from your domain is accepted.

  2. 2

    The owner's policy answers first

TailYield computes the owner's net and checks it against thresholds the owner set once. Clear quotes come back fast; borderline ones get a one-tap owner decision with the math in front of them.

  3. 3

    You get it in writing

Approved, qualified, or declined. From the owner's own mailbox, timestamped, before the broker calls the next operator. Nothing is ever auto-sent.

TailYield handles the owner's economics.
Operational control stays entirely yours.

TailYield never evaluates availability, crew, routing, scheduling, maintenance, or dispatch, and the owner's reply says so explicitly.

Zero footprint on your operation

  • No operator contract: owners subscribe, you don't pay
  • No integration, no data feed, no login
  • Your quoting workflow is unchanged
  • Stop any time by no longer CCing

Three to five aircraft. Sixty days. Measured together.

You nominate the owners, CC one address per aircraft on the quotes you already send, and we compare before-and-after on the numbers that matter. Owners subscribe directly; there is nothing for you to buy.

Common questions

Do we see the owner's economics?
You already know the deal terms. You wrote the quote and negotiated the split. What you never see is the owner's decision policy: their thresholds, their assumptions, or how close a quote came to their line. You get the decision, never the reasoning, and that's exactly why owners adopt it.
Is this an audit of our management?
No. The owner certifies their own assumptions; TailYield just does their math on the quote you sent. It doesn't touch settlements, statements, or your operations, and the owner's reply says operational control remains entirely yours.
What does it cost us?
Nothing. Owners subscribe at $99 per aircraft per month. No operator contract, no integration work, no per-seat fees.
How do owners get set up?
You nominate the aircraft and introduce the owner. The owner (or their family office) creates their own account, configures their economic policy privately, and starts a 14-day trial. The account is theirs: you never create it, hold it, or pay for it. That separation is what makes the privacy promise real. If you want to make the owner whole on the cost, that's between you and them. The subscription itself stays in the owner's name.
