Your management company sends you charter quotes and waits on your answer.

TailYield is a tool you hold, not your operator. It reads each quote the moment it arrives, computes your estimated net after direct operating cost, and checks it against thresholds you set once. You answer in a tap, and every number is traceable.

The question is always the same: what do I actually make on this trip?

Today that answer lives in a spreadsheet you rebuild each time, or in an instinct you have stopped checking. TailYield does it the moment the quote lands, the same way every time, against assumptions you certified yourself.

The account is yours. Your operator cannot log in.

This matters more than any feature. The whole point is that your decision policy stays private from the party quoting you.

  • Your answer, faster
  • Approved, declined, or a question
  • The timestamp on your reply
  • The thresholds you set
  • Your cost assumptions
  • How close a quote came to your line
  • Anything at all: they cannot log in
  1. 1

    Set your policy once

Your revenue split, your direct operating cost, your credits, and the minimum you will accept on a trip. One sitting, and you are done.

  2. 2

Check the math before any clock starts

Run it against a past settlement statement you already have. If the numbers do not match your reality, you have lost nothing and learned something.

  3. 3

Have your operator CC one address

On the quote emails they already send. Nothing changes in their workflow, and there is nothing for them to buy, install, or log into.

Whether it fits, honestly

Works with
Per-aircraft revenue-split charter programs, where you receive a stated share of charter revenue on your own tail.
Does not support
Revenue waterfalls, tiered splits, and pooled or fractional programs. If that is your structure, TailYield is not for you yet, and we would rather say so now.
Economics only
It never evaluates availability, crew, maintenance, weather, or routing, and it never audits your management company. Those judgments stay exactly where they are today.
Estimates, not accounting
The figures are decision-grade estimates computed from the quote and your own certified assumptions. They are not a substitute for your statements or your accountant.

$99

per aircraft, per month

  • Setup, policy configuration, and the back-test are free. No clock runs while you check whether the math matches your statements.
  • Your 14-day trial starts when you add billing, not when you sign up. The exact billing date is always shown before you commit.
  • Cancel any time in one click.

Know before you say yes.

Start with the back-test. Point it at a settlement statement you already have and see whether the numbers hold up before anything is connected.

Common questions

Who holds the account?
You do, or your family office does. You create it, you configure it, you pay for it, and you can close it. Your management company is never given access, and there is no version of this where they hold your account for you. That separation is the whole design.
Does my operator have to agree to anything?
No. They add one address to the CC line on quote emails they already send. There is no contract, no integration, no data feed, and no cost to them. If you stop, they stop CCing.
What does it actually receive?
The quote emails CCed to your aircraft's address, from sender domains you authorize. Nothing else, and nothing from your operator's systems.
Does anything send automatically?
No reply leaves without a human click. You can optionally let clean, unambiguous approvals record themselves against your policy, and even then the response to your operator is yours to send.
